The Georgetown Inn Washington

I always return for the attentive staff and convenient location. On my first visit, they recommended great shopping spots. The hotel has all I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and spa. Headed back for Easter!

The room was super cozy with a comfy king bed, a spacious work area, and a 37" HD TV. The Keurig coffee maker was a lifesaver! The fluffy bathrobe and premium bath products made me feel pampered. It's perfect for a leisure or business traveler like me.

I personally found the individual climate control a bit tricky to figure out, but others might not mind it.

My favorite property in Washington. The rooms were attractive and perfect, had a shower, hair dryers and terrycloth bathrobes.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Property was divine, with welcoming staff and amazing location adjacent to restaurant. I appreciated the room with good beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Wonderful stay at Georgetown Inn. The location was great, with Martin's Tavern and Georgetown University nearby. The staff was friendly and the hotel had been nicely updated since my last visit. Adjacent restaurant was also good. Happy hour was a nice touch.

Oh, I just love having street noise on Wisconsin Avenue! It adds so much character to my stay.

This hotel was nice place for exploring Washington, appreciated it. The restaurant here was nice on the first floor, we both ordered excellent dishes.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with numerous restaurants right across the street from Martin's Tavern. It is situated in the interesting University suburb and is so close to everything. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a convertible sofa. The hotel also offers easy parking and has a fantastic restaurant on-site.

The service in the restaurant leaves much to be desired, with long wait times and poor service.

The staff was helpful, accommodating. The room was spotless, luxurious and included central heating, TV set and a writing table.

Our room was decent size and silent, equipped with bathtub and good beds, as example.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I must say, it was an excellent choice. The place is beautifully run and the staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful. My room was on the 6th floor and it was really quiet, just as I had requested. The bed was super comfortable and the room was well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the excellent shower and the fact that they provided large umbrellas for guests to borrow during the rainy weather. It was such a thoughtful touch!

I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends. They will surely love the prime Georgetown area location and the excellent service provided.

The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to transportation to just about everything in the interesting University suburb with lots of great shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel facilities were well-maintained with large, beautiful and very clean rooms that were well-appointed and comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary amenities such as the large umbrellas for you to borrow against the city's unpredictable weather. The staff were very informative and helpful.

We were there for 3 nights, overall had a fine stay. The hotel was original with very good wifi. The king room was stocked, perfect bed.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. It was really convenient to explore the area and visit popular tourist spots. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or questions we had.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the room had no insulation, so we could hear everything from outside, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Liked my real good stay for a short Georgetown University visit. The staff were attentive, efficient, would stay here again. The airport was approx 15 minutes' drive away.

All in all it was a really really nice experience and I would stay here again. The hotel was clean and special, though had not so good views.

The spacious and clean rooms were fitted with comfortable king-size beds and all the amenities you could need. The hotel was ideally located, just a short drive from the main attractions. We had a great time walking around the quaint area of Georgetown and even took in a movie at the nearby AMC theatre. We will definitely stay here again in the future. highly recommended!

It was a pleasant experience. Location was unbeatable, I loved huge rooms and courteous staff. Had brunch in the El Centro, located nearby. The good service combined with the good food.

We had an amazing time staying here! First of all, the location is great, in a charming and lovely area, right in the heart of this beautiful neighborhood. Second, the service is top-notch, the staff are attentive and welcoming, and we loved the room amenities, including air conditioning and airing facilities. Third, we really enjoyed the great food and drinks in the restaurant and bar area, and the spa and wellness center were just what we needed.

They don't have a safe in the room, that's really bad.

Clean, well-located, quiet, no door noise and lively area for breakfast or lunch.

However, I ordered a horrible fruit salad, the fresh berries and berries were rotten for $12, absolutely overpriced and horrible.

The Georgetown Inn had a great ambience and furnishings, making for a pleasant stay. The restaurant was very good, and the TV in the room was excellent. The staff was attentive and pleasant, providing prompt attention to any problems that arose with the room. The location of the hotel was excellent, especially for visiting Georgetown University and the M street area.

I recently stayed at the Georgetown Inn for five nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown and beautiful Georgetown. The room, although not spacious, was very neat and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the USB charging ports in the room, which were very helpful for my travels. it was a great hotel choice with excellent service.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our family, with easy access to the impressive music venue along the Potomac River. We caught an iconic performance by Sara Bareilles and were amazed by the dazzling technologies that transformed the concert into an immersive EDM show like Deadmau5's. Additionally, the National Gallery of Art provided informative and captivating tours of its permanent collection, offering a wonderful experience for our family to appreciate art in a more colloquial manner.

My wife says that the hotel could enhance the family experience by incorporating more interactive children's activities.

A day at the DC Chocolate Wine & Whiskey Festival was a delightful surprise during my stay. The hotel's ample workspace allowed me to work on my laptop while savoring premium chocolates. It was like mixing business with pleasure in the most delicious way.

Bath plug was a rubber stop and so leaked a lot of water when having a bath.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to major tourist sites and with easy access to public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff, making check-in and check-out easy.
